WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING COST

Your available delivery option and shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

DELIVERY

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Royal Mail's current delivery aim for 2nd Class is 2–3 working days after posting. Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

Please allow additional time during busy periods, bank holidays or postal service disruption.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery period, please contact us at:

We will help you investigate the delivery and, where appropriate, contact the delivery provider.

Please do not contact Royal Mail directly about a missing order before contacting us, as we are the sender and need to deal with the matter.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible at heygirl@imjustxgirl.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.
