RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period for eligible purchases. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, including your 14-day right to cancel an online order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at heygirl@imjustxgirl.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items should be returned unused and in the condition you received them, with their original packaging where possible.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item if you are returning it because you have changed your mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

For online purchases, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you want to cancel your order, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you cancel your order under these statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the cost of standard delivery. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed to cover the return cost.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Where a refund is due, we will refund you using the original payment method.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation rights, we will issue the refund within the required legal timeframe.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at heygirl@imjustxgirl.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your statutory rights.
